Medical Service International – MSI forms with the goal to bring quality international standard healthcare clinic and medical services for emergency situation and oversea medical treatment or evacuation/repatriation with reasonable price to Vietnamese, expatriate communities and international organizations.

2007 marks the beginning of dr. Cao Quoc Hung, an American trained doctor graduated from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine, medical career in Viet Nam.  His experience began at Urology department of Cho Ray Hospital, the biggest government hospital in southern Vietnam.  He learned and adapted with overloaded patients and surgeries on a daily basis under low cost, substandard condition & facility, and limited equipment.  He became aware of the need to deliver quality international standards of healthcare to the local Vietnamese and expatriate in Viet Nam.
